Keith Wagner

General Counsel

Keith has decades of experience advising clients in the Property & Casualty insurance and reinsurance industries in relation to a wide array of US domestic and offshore insurance and reinsurance regulatory and transactional matters. He has also represented insurers and reinsurers in connection with insurance coverage and reinsurance disputes and has represented policyholders in connection with underlying claims litigation.

Keith was associated for several years with the New York law firm Mound, Cotton, Wollan & Greengrass, a firm specializing in insurance and reinsurance dispute resolution and insurance and reinsurance regulatory and transactional matters. Since that time, Keith has held senior legal, regulatory and compliance roles within major global insurance and reinsurance groups, including ACE USA, Munich Re America, XL Insurance, and AIG.

Keith graduated with an AB in Political Science from the University of Michigan and, following service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Gabon, attended the St. John’s University School of Law where he was Notes and Comments Editor of the New York International Law Review.
