Marvin Pestcoe

Marvin Pestcoe has served as a director of the Company since 2020, and Chair of our Underwriting & Risk Committee as of May 2023. He also currently serves as non-executive Chair of Hamilton Select Insurance LLC.

Marvin served as Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Langhorne Re from January 2019 to April 2021 and continued as a director of Langhorne Re until March 2023. He is also currently a director at Catalina Insurance and a director and a director of Aisix Solutions (formerly Minerva Intelligence).

He previously held senior positions in PartnerRe (2001 to 2017) and Swiss Re New Markets (1997 to 2001), and has over 40 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance and investments including a range of executive roles and leadership positions that focused on profit center management, investments, corporate strategy, data analytics and risk management.

Marvin is also a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
